Descrição

• Take responsibility for day-to-day operational management • Coordinate André and all external providers (trainers, video editors, graphic designer, tech, closers, copywriter) • Filter, rephrase and prioritize incoming requests • Track progress on initiatives, remove blockers and meet deadlines • Take ownership of assigned projects and propose alternatives • Challenge the CEO and protect the company’s priorities • Audit the organization and implement missing procedures and SOPs • Deploy management tools and build an internal toolkit/wiki • Implement a centralized KPI dashboard • Establish a process to measure client satisfaction • Turn the CEO’s visions into concrete action plans • Monitor project and launch budgets, vendor costs and planned vs. actual spend • Manage the organization of both academies before, during and after each session • Participate in launches, workshops and events • Contribute to the development of events for the English-speaking US market • Supervise current external providers • Produce a weekly status update for André • Manage onboarding and offboarding of external providers • Establish a monthly team ritual • Potentially contribute to the CEO’s strategic thinking

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a similar role (OBM, operational right-hand, project manager) • Ideally experience in infopreneurship, coaching or online education • Experience working in an organization with mature operational processes • Experience coordinating/managing a remote team of multi-disciplinary freelance providers • Strong familiarity with System.io or an equivalent tool • Ability to create, document and deploy procedures and processes • Comfortable with Notion, Slack and team project/communication tools • Ability to identify and implement or delegate automations using Zapier/Make • Bilingual French/English • Interest and aptitude for copywriting and communication are a plus • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal sensitivity • Autonomy, proactivity, ownership mindset, ability to prioritize and rigor • Ability to unite and lead a team and to challenge with tact • Alignment with values of authenticity, ethics and respect • Responsiveness and ability to remain calm under pressure • Interest in coaching and personal development fields • Capacity to take initiative and to structure a role that is still evolving
