Descrição

• Manage creator careers, helping creators grow their audiences and monetize content • Oversee influencer portfolios and help talent grow platform presence while securing brand deals • Scout and sign emerging and established creators • Negotiate deals with brands and record labels using in-house software and personal expertise • Develop content strategies for clients • Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns • Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and expansion of Grail’s talent roster • Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment

🎯 Requisitos

• Must be based in the US / one of the best managers US has to offer • Familiarity with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda • Willingness to hustle to get the job done • Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is a bonus • Resume and cover letter required
