Descrição

• Administrate benefits plans, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. • Provide timely and accurate responses to employees with benefits-related inquiries and resolve escalated benefit issues. • Update and organize benefits-related documentation, such as plan descriptions, SOPs, and training materials. • Create and update benefit plan descriptions, handbooks, and training programs. • Assist with benefits-related reporting and data analysis, including preparing reports for senior leadership and ensuring data accuracy. • Partner with benefit providers to resolve claims issues, billing discrepancies, and other benefits-related matters. • Support compliance efforts by ensuring benefit plans adhere to federal and state regulations, such as ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA. • Own the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. • Maintain onboarding materials, assist with orientation sessions, and coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary resources are in place for new employees. • Generate and analyze HR data reports to inform decision-making and identify trends.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and Benefits administration. • Strong knowledge of HRIS and benefits management systems. • Excellent understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • ADP Workforce Now required and Workday HCM experience is preferred. • Proven ability to create comprehensive and insightful reports. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience with international practices and regulations is a plus.
