Descrição

• Own the overall architecture for the Applied AI stack and patient-facing experience from intake through ongoing companion interactions • Partner with research-focused teammates to productionize AI-driven experiences • Harden services for uptime, reliability, and scale • Establish best practices for debugging, observability, and operational readiness • Design systems for robustness and scalability from day one • Mentor senior technical leaders and elevate engineering capabilities across the organization • Lead through complexity and ambiguity, remove organizational blockers, and accelerate strategic initiatives • Translate customer needs and product goals into scalable technical solutions • Define architectural principles and patterns centered on customer needs • Design systems and team boundaries for sustainable growth • Drive early investment in observability, migrations, and reliability

🎯 Requisitos

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience • Deep architectural expertise and a record of delivering production systems at scale • Proven track record influencing technical strategy and delivering cross-org technical initiatives at group or organizational level • Experience standing up services at scale in production • Deep experience owning service architecture across a full stack • Productionization mindset focused on uptime and reliability • Hands-on engineering ability and close involvement with code and architecture • Some exposure to LLM/AI services or AI-powered systems • Ability to balance near-term delivery with durable architecture • Strong communication and collaboration skills across research, product, and clinical stakeholders • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer • Must indicate whether immigration sponsorship will be required
