Descrição

• Own the complete order lifecycle from customer purchase order through shipment, delivery, invoicing, and issue resolution • Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately and on time • Coordinate inventory allocation and fulfillment across customers and distributors • Work with distributors, retailers, warehouses, manufacturers, and logistics providers • Manage EDI orders and operational requirements • Resolve shortages, shipment discrepancies, deductions, late deliveries, and other order issues • Coordinate parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments • Obtain and evaluate freight quotes and manage shipping documentation, routing requirements, appointments, and delivery requirements • Track shipments and address delays or exceptions • Manage inventory, reorder points, inventory levels, and demand forecasts • Coordinate production runs with manufacturers and monitor production schedules • Procure ingredients, packaging, and other production materials • Issue and manage supplier purchase orders • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, lead times, and commercial terms • Manage vendor relationships and accountability • Build sales, demand, inventory, production, and cash forecasts • Analyze COGS, landed costs, margins, freight, promotional costs, and distributor and retailer margins • Build pricing and margin models and provide management reporting • Support bookkeeping, bill entry, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial operations in QuickBooks • Use Claude and ChatGPT daily to analyze data, automate workflows, research problems, create and improve SOPs, and increase productivity • Identify and build improved systems and automation • Maintain proficiency across Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and EDI systems • Coordinate food safety and quality documentation • Maintain COAs, product specifications, ingredient documentation, lot tracking, expiration dates, traceability, and recall readiness • Support FDA, retailer, distributor, and food safety compliance

🎯 Requisitos

• 5 or more years of relevant operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related experience • Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles including COGS, margins, P&L, and cash flow • Demonstrated experience managing POs, inventory, procurement, production planning, and logistics • Experience working with freight carriers, warehouses, manufacturers, suppliers, and other outside vendors • Strong forecasting capabilities with the ability to build and maintain operational and financial models • Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT as a core part of daily work • Advanced Google Sheets and spreadsheet skills including large datasets, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, financial models, and operational reporting • Extremely tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly • Excellent written communication skills with proactive follow-up as a default behavior • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of emails, tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously • Comfortable making decisions and taking full ownership of outcomes
