Descrição

• Shape the go-forward vision and organizational direction from the MarTech, Retail Media, and Loyalty domain perspective • Work with senior leaders, vendors, and partners to influence technology roadmaps and adoption of new technologies across the enterprise • Develop strategies, plans, and implementations for critical tooling and platforms • Evaluate new technologies and drive thought leadership and innovation • Answer questions from product, project, and support teams • Evangelize successful use of tooling and technologies • Monitor tools and encourage collaboration across product teams • Teach, mentor, grow, and advise domain experts and direct reports where applicable • Document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards are met • Articulate value creation and business propositions to teams and functional partners • Lead and participate in review board sessions • Escalate and resolve extremely complex team challenges • Connect teams facing similar challenges to promote consistency • Present at and attend conferences and apply new technologies and concepts • Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to direct reports where applicable • Conduct reviews and provide performance feedback where applicable • Attract, retain, develop, and motivate top talent where applicable • Typically report to a Senior Director or Vice President and may have a small number of non-manager direct reports

🎯 Requisitos

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field related to the job • Minimum 8 years of work experience • 12+ years of progressive engineering experience preferred • Proven track record as a Distinguished Engineer, Principal Architect, or Director-level technical leader overseeing large-scale, complex enterprise architectures preferred • Deep technical expertise in MarTech, Retail Media Networks, and omnichannel loyalty platforms preferred • Experience leading adoption, scaling, and governance of AI/ML technologies, including GenAI, predictive personalization, and automated content generation, preferred • Experience managing senior technical talent preferred • Expert mastery of enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and industry best practices preferred • Advanced knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, data clean rooms, identity resolution, real-time data streaming pipelines, data privacy regulations, and security guardrails preferred • Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, GCP, Azure, AWS, and microservices preferred • Exceptional communication skills and executive stakeholder influence preferred • No certifications required
