Descrição

• The Vice President of Operations serves as the senior operational leader, responsible for driving franchisee performance, operational excellence, and overall system health. • Work closely with the Brand President to execute the strategic vision and organizational priorities of the brand. • Partner with the Brand President to execute the strategic priorities and operational initiatives. • Provide operational insights and franchisee feedback to support continuous improvement. • Help lead organizational and franchisee change initiatives through clear communication, alignment, and accountability. • Drive franchisee performance, operational consistency, and system-wide execution by establishing strong operational standards. • Monitor franchisee performance trends and key business metrics.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of operations experience at the franchisor/corporate level within a home services franchise system. • 3+ years of franchisor operations leadership experience. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into plans. • Prior experience as a Franchise Business Coach, working directly with FBCs, or leading an FBC team strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and support franchise owners in improving revenue, profitability, customer experience, and operational execution.
