Descrição

• Lead the talent acquisition function as the company scales • Personally lead and model outbound, passive candidate, referral, and community-based sourcing • Build repeatable sourcing pipelines for product, technology, clinical, and pharmacy operations roles • Develop sourcing strategies for product managers, designers, software engineers, data and security talent, and product and engineering leaders • Build targeted pipelines for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, care coordinators, and other clinical roles • Partner with Marketing and leadership on employer brand, candidate experience, and outreach messaging • Own the end-to-end recruiting process, including ATS hygiene, interview design, structured scorecards, offer approval, and closing practices • Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and diversity of slates • Partner with People and Finance to benchmark compensation, structure offers, and close candidates • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and healthcare-specific requirements • Lead contract recruiters, sourcers, and search partners • Advise hiring managers and executives on role requirements, expectations, and decisions • Deliver data-informed hiring updates to company leadership

🎯 Requisitos

• Applicants must be based in the United States • 8+ years of recruiting experience • 3-5+ years leading recruiting teams or functions • Demonstrated track record of building pipelines and closing hires at a growing company • Experience hiring across product, technology, and clinical or healthcare operations roles is required • Strong sourcing expertise, including outbound and passive channels • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Proficient in using recruiting data and funnel metrics to forecast, diagnose bottlenecks, and drive decisions • Experience designing and improving recruiting processes and tools in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment • Experience working in a fast growing start up is preferred • Experience in specialty pharmacy, health tech, or other regulated healthcare environments is preferred
