Descrição

• Collaborate with federal, state and local government agencies • Implement agile solutions and turn insights into action to improve efficiency • Manage projects and lead teams of junior staff • Build long-standing relationships with clients • Plan, shape and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals • Mentor junior staff on the engagement team

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 5-7 years of years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning) implementations in a consulting role • Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle EPM Planning (Planning and/or ePBCS) • Government and/or Public Sector project implementation experience is preferred, but not required • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration • The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions • Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
