Descrição

• create a plan for implementation of the requirements and determine deliverables. • oversee the work of team members to ensure the features are implemented correctly and adhere to requirements and standards of the feature. • delegate work assignments and identify needed project resources to ensure appropriate allocation of resources and timely product delivery. • support, mentor and train other members of the Application Development team to accomplish tasks in support of program objectives. • reports regularly to department management on objectives, projects, barriers and accomplishments. • develop and maintain applications using a variety of technologies that support multiple lines of Business and IT initiatives.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in Computer Science or Information Systems; or combination of education and commensurate work experience required. • 5 years’ relevant experience required, preferably in professional services setting. • Previous project leadership experience is preferred • High level of professional integrity required; ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team; ability and willingness to adapt to changing business demands. • Demonstrate enthusiasm for the use of new technology.
