Descrição

• Aid the sales process, supporting our sales team and customers. • Drive innovation and thought leadership, staying abreast of industry and technology trends. • Develop strategic solutions to meet customer needs. • Present to all levels within an organization. • Guide product and sales teams in contract lifecycle management.

🎯 Requisitos

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer facing roles, with a proven track record of success. • Expert knowledge and understanding of the contract lifecycle management space and its evolving trends. • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer requirements and develop strategic solutions. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a track record of driving successful customer acquisitions. • Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a focus on satisfaction and retention. • A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
