Descrição

• Developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance patient recruitment and retention in clinical trials. • Creating and executing comprehensive patient recruitment plans tailored to specific clinical trials, ensuring alignment with overall project goals. • Collaborating with clinical research teams to identify target patient populations and develop outreach strategies that resonate with potential participants. • Utilizing a variety of channels, including digital marketing, social media, and community outreach, to promote trial participation and enhance visibility. • Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and community organizations to facilitate recruitment efforts. • Conducting market research to understand patient needs, preferences, and barriers to participation in clinical trials, and using this information to inform recruitment strategies. • Monitoring recruitment metrics and progress, analyzing data to identify trends, and adjusting strategies as needed to meet recruitment goals. • Providing support and guidance to patients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns they may have.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field • Extensive experience in patient recruitment or clinical research, with a strong understanding of the clinical trial process. • Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies that effectively engage and retain participants. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in evaluating recruitment metrics and using data to drive decision-making. • Creative thinker with a passion for improving patient access to clinical trials and enhancing the patient experience. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, as well as experience with social media platforms for outreach.
