Descrição

• Own the full sales cycle in Germany, from self-generated pipeline to closed deals • Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition • Create and develop new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, events, and in-person meetings • Build relationships with decision-makers across financial institutions, advisory firms, and other strategic German accounts • Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers • Take part in arranging M&A Community events, enhancing Ideals visibility • Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company’s revenue

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of demonstrable success in direct sales or business development within B2B or professional services sector • Experience in high-velocity sales environments and effectively engaging with decision-makers • Clear evidence of hunter mentality • A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing high-value deals • Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery • Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and native-level fluency in German • Based in Berlin or within a realistic commuting distance for in-person client meetings • Background in SaaS, fintech, financial services, information security, or other high-trust B2B industries (nice to have) • Exposure to selling into financial or advisory environments (nice to have) • Additional European language (nice to have)
