Descrição

• Perform data analysis and strategic support for key assets contracted under the Revenue Management for Hire (RMH) service model • Assist assigned team in hotel Revenue Management calls as needed • Maintain databases of information to identify trends and improve hotel performance • Create ad-hoc reports for hotel support and back up daily, weekly, and monthly reporting • Assist with tactical revenue management duties • Create recap templates for the assigned team on a rotating basis • Work with Revenue Managers to provide administrative support • Act as hotel support coverage for Portfolio Revenue Managers when needed

🎯 Requisitos

• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or similar preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience • Typically 3–5 years of hotel revenue management, reservations, or operations experience • Strong PC skills with Access, SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, Adobe, and web-based applications • Demonstrated math skills for checking figures for accuracy • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to draft and compile documents, reports, and correspondence for internal and external customers • Ability to analyze database information to track or maintain data and report trends or inconsistencies • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects accurately • Demonstrated problem-solving skills • Strong work-coordinating skills • Prior hotel operations experience preferred
