Descrição

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and design tailored digital manufacturing solutions • Develop interactive dashboards and shop-floor applications to enhance operational performance • Leverage Industry 4.0 technologies to identify and implement improvements for frontline operators • Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption and long-term value • Stay current with industry trends and refine and expand solutions • Act as a change agent by supporting clients in adopting and sustaining improvements through communication, coaching, and engagement • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities using standard delivery processes and tools • Maintain up-to-date, actively managed project plans • Follow established change management processes • Ensure proactive communication with key stakeholders • Maintain current, organized, and accessible project documentation in the Program Collaboration Workspace • Use Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams for planning, tracking, collaboration, and reporting

🎯 Requisitos

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a similar discipline • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, preferably in regulated industries like medical devices, defense, or aerospace • Proficiency in MES platforms • Proficiency in low-code development tools such as TULIP and Ignition • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau • Proficiency in SQL for extracting, cleaning, and analyzing production data • Understanding of Lean production systems and operational KPIs • Willingness and ability to travel more than 50–75% of the time, often spending significant time onsite with clients • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Hands-on manufacturing experience, including plant-floor problem solving, process improvement, or data-driven solutions • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation • Ability to assess operational gaps, identify opportunities, and propose effective solutions
