Descrição

• Support customer success end-to-end by running the full account cadence, tracking account health, and clearing risks and blockers • Build trusted relationships across customer organizations, from control room operators to plant and corporate leadership • Lead the full project lifecycle, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, team coordination, milestone tracking, and successful commissioning • Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation plans to keep execution on track • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams through influence and credibility • Keep deployed solutions generating value as customer processes and economics evolve • Identify new opportunities across customer sites • Communicate Imubit’s capabilities and limitations from the control room to the C-suite • Channel field insights back to shape Imubit’s product roadmap

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years of experience in cement or a comparable heavy industrial process environment • Cement experience and exposure to advanced process control strongly preferred • Adjacent pyroprocessing or minerals-processing background considered where the customer-facing track record is strong • Track record in program or project management in manufacturing or industrial settings, plant or process engineering with customer-facing or consulting experience, or technical account management/customer success with industrial software or technology • Experience working cross-functionally across operations, engineering, and commercial teams • Comfortable presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders • Understanding of cement or comparable heavy industrial processes, control systems, and optimization concepts • BSc in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience • Master’s degree is a plus • Familiarity with process control, expert systems, plant optimization solutions, AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics applied to industrial processes • Experience with subscription-based SaaS delivery models and recurring revenue dynamics • No visa sponsorship available for this position
