Descrição

• Recruit, coach, and support agents to sell Medicare plans to consumers • Answer questions and guide agents through Medicare sales-related situations • Promote Berwick benefits to agent and agency partners • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local carrier representatives • Work with the team to achieve sales goals and maximize company growth • Model a high level of professionalism and integrity in every interaction

🎯 Requisitos

• High school diploma • Valid health insurance license or ability to obtain one • Proven sales, training, and management experience • High level of integrity and competitive team player • Assertive, goal-oriented, positive, and self-motivated • Excellent communication skills • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment • Professional demeanor and personal accountability • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime if necessary • Medicare sales experience (preferred) • Insurance management experience (preferred) • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) • Proven ability to close sales at a high rate (preferred) • College education (preferred)
