• Sales Pipeline Management & Performance Analytics - Pipeline Architecture: Establish and maintain a rigorous, data-driven sales funnel. • Operational Discipline: Implement a "know the numbers, work the numbers" culture. • Strategic Lead Management: Curate and optimize high-priority outreach lists and cold-calling strategies. • Sales Training & Talent Bench Strength Program Development: Design and implement a scalable, standardized sales training curriculum. • Affinity Programs & Distribution Partner Management: Optimize the distribution model by designing partner benefit packages. • Affinity Program Innovation: Architect and launch specialized affinity to drive bulk sales and market exclusivity. • Milestone Execution: Own the lifecycle of new program creation—from initial concept and product design to full-scale market launch and revenue tracking.

🎯 Requisitos

• 7–10+ years of success in high-level sales leadership or business development. • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
