Descrição

• Provide support to Property Manager(s) in all areas of management for the assigned properties • Assist with preparation and submission of Monthly Reports, Quarterly Reports and Annual Budgets • Communicate with Property Accountants to ensure accurate statements • Prepare write-offs and annual CAM Estimate letters for PM • Monitor rent collections and ensure landlord/tenant statutes are followed • Upload payables and process them in a timely manner • Maintain updated Tenant Contact Forms and assist tenants with inquiries

🎯 Requisitos

• 3 years’ experience in commercial property management • Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ property management experience • Strong administrative and organizational skills • In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance • Basic computer and Internet knowledge • Experience using Microsoft Office, Yardi, MRI
