• Develop and grow your customer base across your designated territory. • Carry out professional saddle consultations and fittings. • Build long-term relationships with amateur and professional riders, trainers and equestrian businesses. • Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry through to after-sales support. • Manage your own diary, appointments and business development activities. • Represent the brand professionally always.

🎯 Requisitos

• A strong background within the equestrian industry. • At least two years' commercial, sales or business experience. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build their own business. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Confidence working independently. • A willingness to travel extensively throughout their territory. • A genuine passion for saddlery and helping riders achieve the best possible fit for both horse and rider.
