Descrição

• Understands and documents current clinical workflows and proposes optimized future workflows for application changes • Presents system enhancement opportunities and creative technical solutions for clinic-related scenarios • Identifies, proposes, builds, and demonstrates application configuration prototypes for review and approval • Performs ongoing maintenance and configuration updates to Epic applications • Creates test scripts, timelines, and plans for application and workflow changes • Tests clinical information system configurations and processes across applications • Coordinates and participates in requestor and user testing • Provides tier-two end-user support remotely and in person • Monitors, investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves incoming tickets • Serves as liaison between users and vendors • Coordinates system fixes and changes with software vendors • Coordinates deployment of application changes with the training team and operations • Performs project management duties and serves as project lead for key initiatives • Develops, documents, and follows internal procedures for related applications and systems • Performs other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven ability to execute multiple assignments simultaneously in a matrixed environment • Critical and analytical thinking proficiency • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Troubleshooting competencies • Excellent organizational management skills • Project management skills • Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of comparable experience substituted for a degree • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with clinical or business systems • Exposure to software development/build lifecycles • Epic certification for assigned modules (Beaker) required within 18 months of hire, as specified by the department director • Epic Beaker certification must be maintained according to Epic Corporation standards • May be required to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48
