Descrição

• Drive personal production in traditional life and annuity products • Recruit, activate, and develop independent agent and agency relationships in the life and annuity space • Build and execute a strategy for growing traditional life and annuity production across the Krause Agency agent base • Deliver training, webinars, and educational content to help existing and newly activated agents understand and confidently sell life and annuity products • Provide joint field support and point-of-sale assistance to agents working life and annuity cases • Identify gaps in the current product and carrier mix and recommend solutions that expand Krause’s life and annuity offering • Collaborate with the broader Krause team to ensure agents working across product lines are aware of and able to access life and annuity solutions • Maintain current knowledge of carrier products, market trends, and regulatory developments relevant to the life and annuity space

🎯 Requisitos

• Active life and health insurance license • Meaningful experience in life insurance and/or annuity sales, distribution, or wholesaling • Track record of personal production or a clear, credible path to building a personal book of business • Ability to work independently and build without a roadmap or established infrastructure • Strong communication and presentation skills across one-on-one, small group, and virtual formats
