Descrição

• Manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship and performance feedback • Oversee development and implementation of software projects aligned with company objectives • Collaborate with product management and other teams to integrate software features • Facilitate code reviews and enforce software development best practices • Monitor project timelines and remove obstacles delaying progress • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members • Mentor and develop engineering talent • Lead a full-stack squad building React and TypeScript front ends on Python and FastAPI services • Write production code, design APIs, and review architecture across the stack • Set and hold the review bar for AI-assisted development, including repository-maintained agent instructions and automated pull request review • Own the CI quality gate and promotion path through development, UAT, and production

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field • 8+ years of experience building and operating production software, including web applications and backend services • 4+ years of mentoring and developing junior and mid-level software engineers • 4+ years of experience in team management and project delivery • Strong engineering background concentrated on distributed systems and service integration • Ability to set, track, manage, and interpret business KPIs for leadership • Production experience with Python and FastAPI, and React and TypeScript, sufficient to review full-stack changes • Hands-on daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar • Judgment on when to trust, verify, or override AI coding agent output • Experience leading engineers across multiple time zones • Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs • Finger dexterity
