Descrição

• - Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs • - Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities • - Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts • - Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program in accordance with our terms • - Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners • - Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI) • - Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information • - Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued • - Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services • - Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners) • - Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns • - Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates • - Represent company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)

🎯 Requisitos

• - Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or any other related field is a plus • - At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role • - Experience within the Forex or Fintech industry will be considered a plus • - Excellent command of English and Spanish language is a must • - Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels • - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines • - Ability to multitask and excellent attention to details • - Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and positive attitude • - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), knowledge of affiliate networks • - Exceptional planning and project management skills • - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • - Ability to travel when needed to conferences and/or team meetings in other locations
