Descrição

• Lead technical strategy and solution design for enterprise monitoring platforms and integrations • Define implementation patterns for telemetry ingestion, alerting, dashboarding, and ITSM integration with ServiceNow and CMDB • Produce architecture artifacts and technical standards • Support technical strategies and architectures for systems-wide practice solutions • Provide technical leadership for large projects at department, workgroup, or enterprise systems level • Lead team members, third parties, and technology counterparts in implementing architecture solutions • Build organizational rapport, confidence, and trust while representing Makpar • Review and document solutions after project completion and present results to senior management • Provide expertise on IT issues and trends and recommend solutions based on customer business goals • Conduct customer system-wide technical needs analysis and evaluate existing systems infrastructure • Assist with proposal and bid strategies and review proposals for technical integrity, quality, and consistency • Facilitate knowledge transfer between Makpar and the customer • Coordinate with the project/program manager for timely, effective, and profitable delivery • Resolve tactical problems and support the customer throughout solution and implementation processes • Keep current on monitoring and observability industry and technology trends

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, or APM engineering, including architecture and integration work • Extensive cross-industry experience delivering complex solutions • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or another related technical discipline • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and third-party partners through complex architecture implementations • Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills • Experience briefing senior leadership on solution design and project outcomes • Experience developing proposal and bid strategies for large-scale, enterprise-level engagements • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, or the Elastic Stack (optional or preferred) • Experience integrating monitoring solutions with ServiceNow and CMDB (optional or preferred)
