Descrição

• Provide continuous updates to technical pre-sales teams on roadmap, product lifecycle, and key technical information • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to create and deliver sales training and technical content • Act as the primary technical point of contact for Sales Engineers on complex customer and prospect inquiries and RFI/RFP responses • Analyze feature requests, propose workarounds, and communicate field feedback to Product Management • Guide field teams in designing solutions for complex proofs of concept and strategic deals • Develop and maintain product demos with Technical Marketing Engineering and Sales Engineering teams • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business-value narratives for senior and executive stakeholders • Enable technical pre-sales teams to position and sell Akamai's Zero Trust Microsegmentation and SASE/SSE portfolio, including AI security capabilities

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, solution architecture, product management, professional services, or customer success • Deep understanding of Zero Trust principles and products, including microsegmentation and SASE/SSE architectures • Knowledge of broader cybersecurity technologies and market trends • Working knowledge of AI security for AI workloads and AI-driven interactions, including agentic AI, LLM usage patterns, and AI governance • Knowledge of datacenter security technologies, including servers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint security • Knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP and TLS/SSL • Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills • Ability to articulate technical product value • Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP • Experience with microservices • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration • Knowledge of cloud security concepts
