Descrição

• Provide technical support to architectural and engineering communities • Assist Sales by providing product-specific technical information • Ensure H&B products are specified through direct marketing with architectural and engineering firms • Use Dodge and BSD Speclive to research project leads • Follow up with project leads provided by others • Help contractors submit substitution requests when necessary • Review project specifications and drawings • Provide educational programs to firms, associations, and conferences as approved by the department Director • Attend architecturally focused trade shows as an H&B representative • Attend regional or chapter meetings of professional organizations, including CSI and AIA • Report industry intelligence to assist with product development • Conduct site visits to verify product installation, provide instructions, or confer with the Project Architect • Perform additional assignments and projects as directed by management

🎯 Requisitos

• 3-5 years of industry related experience • Construction Management college degree preferred • Certification of Construction Document Technologist by the Construction Specifications Institute or similar, preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present to large groups • Ability to travel to project sites and trade shows • Valid passport and driver’s license • Travel up to 50% of the time
