Descrição

• Create the global growth strategy and lead major growth programs for the Flexible Packaging segment • Collaborate with the R&D/technology team to understand unmet needs and develop solutions • Engage with colleagues worldwide to address regional specific growth opportunities and expand market position • Participate on and lead cross-functional teams • Deliver new products that provide long term sustainable advantages

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Science, Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Business with relevant industry experience • Advanced business degree preferred • Minimum 10 years of experience in flexible packaging markets • 5 years B2B marketing experience in the chemicals supply chain industry with notable progression of responsibilities • Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic business plans including analysis and quantification of potential and addressable markets • Proven track record of launching new growth programs and delivering results • Strong network of contacts in the flexible packaging industry
