Descrição

• Define and execute the long-term technical strategy and roadmap • Maintain operational excellence, high availability, and robust software engineering practices • Drive continuous improvement in system resilience, operational metrics, and platform performance • Embed security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle • Govern the secure integration of AI technologies and agentic workflows • Champion security architecture, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure coding practices • Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization • Build career progression paths and foster an inclusive culture • Empower engineers to own quality, platform health, and technical innovation • Partner with Product Management and executive leadership on feature delivery, technical debt, stability, and security trade-offs • Communicate with executive stakeholders, enterprise customers, and cross-functional teams • Translate customer usage patterns and operational feedback into engineering priorities and platform guardrails • Monitor industry trends and containerization and cloud-security innovations • Drive adoption of modern tools and methodologies

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required • Degree in software engineering, computer engineering, or information technology may also be suitable • Minimum of 7–10 years in software engineering • Demonstrated experience leading or managing engineering teams in commercial software ecosystems • Strong technical depth in distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, secure SDLC practices, and operational metrics in enterprise production environments • Demonstrated success attracting, hiring, and developing engineering talent • Experience setting technical vision and establishing operational excellence standards • Experience leading engineering teams through complex deliverables • Excellent communication skills, including presenting technical information clearly and concisely • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment • Experience coaching, mentoring, and managing engineering managers or team leads is preferred
