Descrição

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the SAP Cloud for Sales and Service platforms • Provide day-to-day system and application support, including user setup, management, and training • Troubleshoot and debug system issues • Design, develop, and implement custom functionalities and integrations using SAP Cloud SDK and other tools • Customize and extend SAP Sales and Service Cloud functionalities based on business requirements • Implement integrations between SAP Sales and Service Cloud and other systems • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions • Optimize system performance, ensure scalability, and suggest improvements to existing configurations and workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules and third-party systems

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years’ experience with SAP Cloud architecture development and implementation with Customer Service and Sales focus • Proficiency in programming languages such as ABSL, ABAP, Java, or JavaScript • Proficiency with Fiori user experience and apps framework • Strong understanding of SAP C4C integration tools and APIs • SCPI and Marketing Cloud a plus • Proven track record of successful, full-scale SAP C4C implementation projects • Self-motivated, team player that is task oriented • Past experience working with offshore delivery • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • Comfortable developing technical design specifications, documenting system and business processes
