Descrição

• This is a highly visible leadership role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Strategy. • You will work directly with executive leadership and sales team leading the marketing business function to drive pipeline generation and improve go-to-market performance. • Manage execution of marketing campaigns. • Coordinate content, email, social, and demand-generation initiatives. • Partner with the Digital Marketing Lead to execute growth strategies. • Support Territory Sales Executives with pipeline development activities. • Monitor prospecting activities and performance metrics. • Track lead progression and conversion performance. • Manage and mentor Growth Marketing Interns.

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or related fields. • Experience managing projects and coordinating teams. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to work across multiple departments. • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build.
