Descrição

• Provide claims advocacy and account management services to clients involving moderate, complex and catastrophic claims • Serve as a trusted advocate for clients and key stakeholders • Engage collaboratively with clients, their representatives, and insurers • Take ownership of resolving client claim issues in a timely manner • Maintain thorough and timely documentation within the EPIC claim file system • Conduct thorough coverage analysis and research

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree required • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the commercial general liability claims industry • Must have held a Senior Claims Analyst role or higher • Proficiency with general liability insurance products • Strong working knowledge of transportation/automobile liability, management liability (E&O, D&O, Cyber, Crime), property and workers compensation coverages • Proficiency with using broker based and carrier claims software applications • Knowledge of the EPIC system is a plus
