Descrição

• Oversee the business and project aspects of applications and modules related to the Inpatient platform within the OCHIN collaborative • Manage projects to budget • Manage issues and risks • Ensure high-quality deployment and post-install stabilization • Directly manage implementation, optimization, and support of Epic clinical applications • Continuously assess and improve the system and processes to improve efficiency • Manage OCHIN and member resources while improving process quality, information systems, and outcomes • Onboard new staff methodically and prepare them for success • Assess and develop staff skills and Individual Development Plans • Track and measure department, project, and individual performance goals • Identify process and quality improvement opportunities • Ensure team processes are represented on the OCHIN System Map • Review ticket metrics and ensure SLA delivery and current assignments • Intervene and resolve member escalations • Lead, motivate, develop, and define positive outcomes for a team of analysts • Lead, coordinate, and manage processes and functions for Inpatient Clinical Maintenance • Manage the clinical wing of the Inpatient team and coordinate with other managers • Maintain communication and linkages between the Epic Inpatient Clinical Applications Team and other OCHIN departments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Epic certification in at least one to two of the following applications: Bugsy, Stork, ASAP, OpTime, Anesthesia, Willow - Inpatient, Willow Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation • Previous Epic application experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role • 8 years of applicable experience desired • Keen sense of excellent customer service and how to deliver it effectively in all situations • Strong leadership skills • Strong communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Access is a plus • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination, or approved medical or religious exemption, as a condition of employment
