Descrição

• Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of OptiMantra’s platform • Understand client needs and tailor demos to highlight relevant features that align with their practice workflows • Collaborate with the sales, onboarding, and support teams to support customer acquisition efforts, including pre-demo preparation and follow-ups • Maintain a strong understanding of the platform’s features and enhancements to ensure accurate and effective presentations • Gather feedback from prospects and relay insights to the product and development teams for continuous improvement • Assist in creating demo scripts, videos, and other educational materials to enhance the client experience • Keep CRM systems up to date with comprehensive notes on interactions and progress • Provide light technical assistance and troubleshooting during demos as needed • Manage your schedule including handling a steady volume of demos and being on video calls for the majority of the day

🎯 Requisitos

• Passion for educating and engaging prospective customers through software demonstrations • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner • Ability to tailor demos to various audiences, from solo practitioners to multi-provider clinics, from varying specialties • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to different client needs • Comfort with technology, including scheduling tools, databases, and CRM software • Prior experience with EMR/practice management platforms, healthcare technology, or working in a clinical or wellness setting is a plus • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability
