Descrição

• Engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools on product access, on-label information, and established patient care guidance • Serve as the primary point of contact for HCP customers • Direct customers to Customer Service Specialists and other cross-functional colleagues as needed • Facilitate speaker programs • Organize local provider groups to discuss experiences and outcomes with local or regional leaders • Elevate customer feedback, opportunities, and local market insights to the Area Business Lead • Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Patient Support, and ecosystem teams • Adjust targeting and call-point plans compliantly • Use customer insights to inform local strategy and business goals • Educate office staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures • Deliver balanced office calls and sales presentations using approved marketing materials and technical references • Build relationships with office and practice personnel to support patient outcomes

🎯 Requisitos

• At least one of: 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience; 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience; or 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience • Less experience may be considered for employees who successfully complete the Otsuka ReadyNow program • Ability to communicate complex clinical information and translate scientific data into practical value propositions • Ability to influence stakeholders • Strong commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance • Ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information • Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory • Ability to analyze territory and business conditions using competitive data, business reports, sales data, and promotional budgets • Knowledge of payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures • Ability to use approved promotional materials and technical references • Product and competitive knowledge • Ability to build relationships with healthcare office and practice personnel
