Descrição

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in the European clinical research sector. • Build and manage relationships with CROs, clinical trial sponsors, hospitals, research institutions, and other industry players. • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Oximio’s clinical services, including Importer of Record (IoR), logistics, and depot solutions. • Identify and attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings. • Lead proposal development, including pricing, service scope, and negotiation with clients. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Regulatory, and Legal) to align service capabilities with client needs. • Track sales pipeline, report progress regularly, and meet defined business development targets. • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with the legal and sales teams. • Analyse client data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of logistics services.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or commercial roles within clinical research, healthcare, or pharma industry. • Strong understanding of the clinical trials landscape and regulatory environment in Europe. • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools. • Proven track record of client relationship management and achieving revenue targets. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel as needed across Europe. • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and conferences. • Proficiency in English; additional local languages are a plus.
