Descrição

• Own full-cycle recruitment for experienced-hire searches across Product, Operations, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance and customer-facing teams • Source candidates, assess them, manage offers and close searches • Advise hiring managers by scoping and calibrating roles, setting assessment approaches, and challenging briefs with market evidence • Adapt recruiting strategy and process across EMEA, LATAM and North America • Build pipelines through market mapping, direct outreach, communities, referrals and talent pools • Own candidate experience from first conversation through offer, including communication, feedback and employer-mission engagement • Run recruiting operations, scheduling and pipeline management in Ashby without sourcing or coordinator support • Maintain clean ATS data and report on pipeline performance • Use AI and automation for sourcing, research, outreach, interview intelligence, ATS agents, workflows and reporting • Share effective AI and automation practices with the wider team

🎯 Requisitos

• Significant experience recruiting experienced and senior hires as an in-house senior recruiter • At least five years' experience recruiting experienced and senior-level roles in an in-house recruiter role • At least two years recruiting inside a high-growth technology or SaaS business • Experience recruiting inside a VC-backed, globally distributed technology business at scale-up stage • Depth hiring for Operations, Finance, and Legal & Compliance; senior Product hiring is a big plus • Multi-region recruiting experience across EMEA and the Americas, including understanding of compensation norms, notice periods and candidate expectations • Full-cycle recruiting autonomy without a sourcer or coordinator • Excellent organization and time management across multiple time zones and searches • Hands-on ATS ownership in Ashby or an equivalent ATS, including pipeline management, reporting and data hygiene • Ability to advise, challenge and influence directors and VPs • Strong stakeholder management and talent-partnering capability • Current hands-on use of AI or automation in recruiting workflows or productivity • High standards for candidate experience and hiring quality • Demonstrated accountability in a remote-first environment • Excellent written and asynchronous communication • Reliable home internet connection • Fluency in written and spoken English • Working-day overlap with EMEA and North America; timezone between UTC +2 and UTC -5 • Authorization to work where the candidate lives • Preferred additional experience: Ashby agents, global Product hiring, APAC markets, unconventional sourcing channels, or transition from agency/RPO to in-house recruiting
