Descrição

• Partner with National Accounts On Premise Sales Directors to identify, develop, and execute customer engagement and growth through promotional programming • Focus on critical accounts across on-premise channels, including dining, lodging, transportation, and entertainment • Partner with Strategic Accounts Off Premise Sales Directors to identify, develop, and execute customer marketing solutions, including programs and selling material • Focus on top regional chains and align activities with Palm Bay’s brand strategies and commercial goals • Collaborate across Sales, Brand Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Creative Services, and Distributor Partners • Develop and execute insight-driven programs and activations aligned with brand and customer strategies • Identify and activate promotional materials that engage consumers and shoppers, measuring effectiveness through sales data and customer feedback • Partner with Business Intelligence to provide chain sales and distributor sales teams with tools and resources • Develop customized sales materials and presentations as a customer-facing subject matter expert on Palm Bay brands and marketing programs • Consult internally on national innovation and account specialty items to ensure successful launch and execution • Assist in planning and logistics for wine tastings, events, and activations • Liaise between brand and chain sales teams to maintain a constant flow of information • Measure and evaluate programming initiatives to inform optimization and spend efficiency

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial marketing • Beverage Alcohol experience, including understanding of the on- and off-premise channels and their unique dynamics • Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships while navigating and resolving interdepartmental challenges • Experience with syndicated data analysis • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative working style and comfort operating in ambiguity • Creative, strategic thinker with ability to translate data into actionable insights • Skilled presenter • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency • Anticipated travel up to 25%
