Descrição

• Partner with business teams to map current-state workflows, identify root causes of friction, and design cohesive future-state systems • Own architecture, workflow design, and data management for delivered systems • Ensure systems interoperate cleanly with the broader technology estate • Translate business needs into system and data requirements • Translate technical constraints into actionable terms for stakeholders • Coordinate delivery across Cloud, Engineering, and external vendors • Reduce reliance on disconnected third-party point solutions • Establish design patterns, documentation, and data governance practices • Design regulated systems to meet data integrity, validation, and compliance expectations in partnership with QA and IT compliance • Hand off delivered systems with documentation and design rationale to long-term owners

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience designing and deploying cross-functional business systems and workflows end to end • Bachelor’s degree in computer systems or related field a plus • Strong systems thinking and data-architecture skills • Ability to model how processes, systems, and data should fit together across teams • Track record of partnering with non-technical stakeholders to elicit needs and drive alignment without line authority • Fluency working within standards set by infrastructure, engineering, and security functions • Excellent communication skills across executive and hands-on technical audiences • Comfort operating with ambiguity and broad scope in a lean, fast-moving environment • Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for day-to-day work; baseline proficiency expected • Preferred: experience in life sciences, biotech, or another regulated industry, with exposure to Clinical Development workflows and clinical data • Preferred: familiarity with GxP, ALCOA+, HIPAA, SOX, or SOC2 expectations • Preferred: experience with clinical, eTMF, or EDC systems; integration and data platforms; workflow or document management tooling • Preferred: prior experience as an internal architect or consultant untangling organically grown systems
