Descrição

• Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of clients, including quoting, contract discussions, and closing renewal opportunities • Engage Client Service teams and clients about upcoming renewals, value realization, business goals, objections, and risks • Partner with Client Service and Sales teams to develop renewal strategies supporting client growth and mitigating churn risk • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to support renewals and resolve blockers • Navigate enterprise procurement processes, legal reviews, and pricing structures • Identify renewal risks and develop account-retention strategies • Resolve complex client issues • Improve renewal processes and identify automation and standardization opportunities • Maintain renewal forecasts and pipeline data • Track renewal performance metrics and report trends to leadership • Streamline enterprise renewal workflows, contract templates, approval paths, and internal communications • Meet success metrics including renewal rate, on-time renewal rate, net revenue retention, time to close, and forecast accuracy

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's Degree required • 5–7 years of project management or technical account management experience required • Previous experience managing high-volume, end-to-end enterprise-level renewals, including quoting, in the SaaS/Tech industry strongly preferred • Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously • Data-driven and comfortable working in CRM systems such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo • Comfortable discussing contracts, pricing, and renewal terms with clients • Ability to work across departments and functions • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours a day • Must have close visual acuity for data and figure analysis, transcription, computer-terminal viewing, extensive reading, and visual inspection • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours • Must work from home or a location of record within the U.S.
