Descrição

• Lead the International HR Systems Integration team building scalable data integration and deployment solutions for global, multi-country HR systems • Partner cross-functionally with domestic Core HR teams to align and expand product capabilities • Design and implement modular, well-architected systems that scale efficiently • Drive technical strategy, best practices, and high-impact technical initiatives across teams and departments • Architect solutions balancing immediate needs with long-term implications • Own and deliver large-scale project features with high reliability and performance • Delegate effectively, prioritize multiple high-impact projects, and develop team capabilities • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues • Maintain standards for code quality, performance, and observability • Lead code reviews and technical design discussions • Advocate for automation and process improvements • Mentor and coach team members and drive continuous team improvement • Build relationships and alignment across engineering teams and departments • Drive technical decisions, build consensus, and resolve conflicts constructively

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience • Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience • Proven track record of leading significant technical initiatives • Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalability patterns • Strong background in software architecture and system design • Experience designing and building data pipelines, integration layers, and ETL tools • Experience with performance optimization and observability across multiple systems • Expertise in multiple programming languages and technologies • Proficiency in C#/.NET • Familiarity with Ruby • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and testing strategies • Experience with agile development methodologies and release management processes • Experience with SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization • Strong problem-solving and complex integration troubleshooting skills • Experience with API design and consumption patterns • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computer and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
