Descrição

• Participate in all aspects of the College's off-campus recruitment program • Manage extensive travel for an assigned geographic territory, including in-state and out-of-state recruitment • Schedule and attend high school, career and technical education center, classroom, college fair, and transfer fair visits • Develop data-driven recruitment strategies and evaluate their effectiveness • Coordinate regional information sessions, campus bus trips, and other specialized programming • Build relationships with school counselors, community-based organizations, community colleges, and other college-search influencers • Design and deliver presentations to prospective students and supporters • Monitor and analyze data and reports to track enrollment goals • Develop, manage, and recommend recruitment budgets • Support and follow up with prospective students through multiple communication channels • Drive inquiries and applicants through the admissions funnel • Collaborate campus-wide to help convert inquiries into applicants • Assess inactive applications and suggest cancellations • Assist transfer students with transcript evaluation processes and conduct unofficial transcript evaluations • Participate in virtual recruitment activities, including information sessions, chats, webinars, and college fairs • Support marketing initiatives and Admissions social media activity • Use Slate CRM while maintaining data integrity and timely data entry • Provide telephone and chat coverage during remote work hours • Maintain knowledge of office procedures, Admissions policies, academic programs, matriculation processes, and FERPA guidelines • Assist with special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's Degree required • Valid and in-state driver's license required • Experience in college admissions preferred, or related professional experience in marketing/sales, customer service, human services, or education required • Travel and recruitment experience in assigned regional area preferred • Experience with remote work preferred • Developed organizational skills • Sensitivity to the expectations of students, parents, and staff • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse groups • Strong written communication and presentation skills • Ability to make decisions and exercise independent judgment in a time-sensitive environment • Solid technical skills including Microsoft Office • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong customer-service orientation • Ability to conduct admissions activities with the highest level of integrity • Understanding of trends in higher education • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred • Bilingual speaking and writing preferred
