Descrição

• Design, build, launch, and iterate the React Native companion app through App Store and Google Play release. • Collaborate with web application, API, and design teams on web and mobile features. • Ship full-stack features across accessible React UIs, type-safe APIs, and a GraphQL layer over multiple data stores. • Evaluate architectural trade-offs and communicate engineering decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Own production outcomes, including instrumentation, incident handling, and post-incident analysis. • Improve team performance through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. • Improve testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling. • Support teams across the organization and work cross-functionally across multiple product lines. • Establish patterns and reviews that improve mobile and full-stack engineering quality. • Ensure the mobile app meets accessibility and reliability standards and shares logic and types with the web platform.

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of full-stack production experience • Production experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern cloud-native development • Experience with modern CI/CD, observability, and operating systems in production • Native mobile experience on iOS or Android alongside React Native • Experience building and shipping mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play • Ability to navigate app review, release, and post-launch operations • Strong system-design skills focused on reliability and scalability • Experience reviewing AI-generated code using Claude Code or Copilot • Ability to use AI resources to expedite workflow and integrate AI solutions • Track record of setting technical direction and mentoring engineers • Experience working on collaborative, asynchronous, distributed teams • Judgment regarding technical debt and delivery priorities • Experience building accessible web applications compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA • Familiarity with oRPC/tRPC, Pulumi, and Better Auth is advantageous • Prior accessibility-critical or heavily regulated environment experience is advantageous • Experience tuning data access across relational, NoSQL, and search systems is advantageous • Legal authorization to work in the US; the employer is unable to offer sponsorship
