Descrição

• Lead solution and architecture design for Google Cloud CX projects • Create comprehensive architecture diagrams, demos, proof-of-concepts, and delivery accelerators • Implement secure and scalable Google Cloud solutions in production environments through hands-on engineering • Demonstrate deep technical expertise in Google Cloud Customer Engagement Suite (CES) services / CCAI • Mentor developers and engineers during project execution • Partner with project managers to ensure on-time, quality delivery • Identify opportunities and advocate for Google Cloud solutions • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and practice development

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of architecture and implementation experience with public cloud platforms, including at least 3 years on GCP • Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation of key Google Cloud solutions: Dialogflow CX/ES, Conversational Insights, Speech to Text, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GKE or Cloud Run, and/or Vertex AI • Expert in Google Cloud foundational best practices for IAM, project hierarchy, central logging and monitoring, VPC networks, hybrid connectivity, and billing • Experience designing and deploying production solutions on Google Cloud within contact center or CX transformation engagements • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification
