Descrição

• Functional consulting in SAP HCM with a focus on HR processes • Analysis, optimization and implementation of customer-specific HR processes • Preparation of functional specifications, facilitation of workshops and close coordination with stakeholders • Support with customizing tasks in SAP HCM

🎯 Requisitos

• Several years of professional experience as an SAP HCM consultant in one or more modules (e.g., PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS) • Solid understanding of HR processes and their mapping in the SAP system • Experience in customizing within SAP HCM • Desirable: knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP)
