Descrição

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets and expand the customer base in the US East region. • Lead and manage the sales team by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and monitoring performance metrics. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches and identify innovative opportunities for growth. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing business success and customer satisfaction. • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior management, demonstrating insights and actionable recommendations.
