• Proactively identify and research new customer and new project opportunities • Organize and participate in discovery meetings with clients in order to identify revenue opportunities, make recommendations, and determine next steps • Develops a business plan for each account • Prepare clear and effective written proposals and quotations for prospective and current customers • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of client business needs and offer the appropriate business solutions that help each achieve their strategic business goals • Recommend to clients additional solutions and services the company provides • Develop sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with a more experienced sales representative • Partners with internal resources to execute targeted deliverables within a timely manner • Provide extraordinary customer service throughout the sales process • Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce.com. • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to function of work • 1 or more years of relevant work experience, or completion of a Sales Associate Development Program or similar • Strategic or enterprise sales experience preferred within the banking, healthcare, insurance, utilities services, mortgages, investments and financial sectors • An exceptional level of business acumen, motivation, competitiveness, customer-driven focus, time management, and multitasking • Able to compile, analyze, and interpret results of data gathering • Strong interpersonal skills; requires good communication skills, both verbal and written • Desire to be a continuous learner of RRD’s products & services • Able to demonstrate good problem-solving skills • Salesforce.com knowledge and usage preferred
