Descrição

• Work with cross-functional and cross-enterprise business development and marketing professionals, program management, and engineering leads to identify, influence, pursue, and capture new business • Identify, develop, forecast, and capture new opportunities and customers • Continuously scan the environment for business and strategic growth opportunities • Serve as a trusted source of information on new and upcoming weapons development activities • Develop and present strategic and business growth opportunities, including market and competitive analysis, to senior internal stakeholders • Develop and maintain customer insight for early identification and shaping of customer requirements, internal investment, and strategies • Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters, coordinating between organizations • Interface with weapons prime contractors, U.S. Navy, Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, and international weapons developers • Operate with minimal day-to-day supervision and general instructions on new assignments

🎯 Requisitos

• University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret Security Clearance required prior to start date • U.S. citizenship required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance • Experience identifying and capturing new business involving guided weapons systems • Experience developing concepts of operations for guided/networked weapon systems • Experience developing strategic and business growth opportunities and briefing senior internal and external stakeholders • Experience identifying solutions in a fast-paced environment where requirements are loosely defined • Active US Top Secret Security Clearance preferred • Previous experience working for a guided weapon system prime contractor preferred • Significant guided weapon concept of operation development experience preferred • Direct experience employing or planning for the use of guided weapons within the US DoD preferred • Travel up to 50% may be required
