• Partner with the Vice President for Solutions & Strategy to execute the annual sales plan including establishment of both monthly and annual sales objectives; execute Sales Plan objectives with all the relevant business units and functional departments of the company. • Build a pipeline and obtain sales growth goals, working to meet expectations of $10MM in gross revenue and $1.5M in EBITDA • Build a pipeline and obtain sales growth goals of $150M in Freight Under Management within the Managed Transportation solutions. • Successfully manage customer needs to meet objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies • Identify and develop new customers for Dedicated & Managed Solution Transportation products and services. • Use knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies to analyze/evaluate the effectiveness of current sales, methods, costs, and results. • Represent RXO at various trade shows, community events, and/or business meetings to promote the company. • Quarterback key customer relationships with expectations to drive growth and new business development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience • 7 years sales experience in the asset based Dedicated Transportation & Managed Solutions Selling • Experience with Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends; travel 75% of the time. • Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals • Ability to work seamlessly with operations and execute initiatives. • Strong ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships both internally and externally.
