Descrição

• Support US West sales regions for Strategic accounts as a pre-sales Solution Engineer • Partner with direct and channel sales teams to support SailPoint’s growth objectives • Actively participate in the sales process • Discover and understand customer requirements and align SailPoint solutions to those requirements • Present SailPoint business functions, value, and competitive differences • Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers • Assist in developing RFP responses with the RFP response team • Participate in onsite and remote Proof of Value evaluations • Provide product enhancement feedback to Product Management • Learn the Identity Security and Identity Management space • Handle initial demos and discussions in IGA • Attend Revenue Onboarding and Challenger Sales training • Hone technical discovery skills through SE Scrum groups • Build messaging and relationships with Account Executives • Navigate internal relationships with Customer Success Managers, Product Management, Professional Services, and Partners • Coordinate with Account Executives before and after client calls, connecting presentations to business value • Build technical collateral for organization-wide use • Develop familiarity with IT audit functions and regulatory frameworks • Speak at national or regional conferences and meetups • Network and build a personal brand • Articulate SailPoint’s business value as a strategic sale • Communicate with business stakeholders outside IT, including HR, Finance, risk management, counsel, and lines of business • Travel approximately 25% within the US

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company (B2B) • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories • Conversant in modern SaaS architecture • Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and Azure/AWS/GCP is desirable • 3+ years working with Identity, Governance and Access Management solutions is preferred • Residence in a Western state is required • Flexibility to travel within the US, primarily in the Western US • BA/BS or global equivalent preferred, not required • 8 years of related experience
